You may return items within 28 days of delivery if:
✅ Unworn/unused with original tags attached
✅ In original packaging with proof of purchase
🚫 Exclusions: Earrings (hygiene reasons), sale items, personalized products

2. How to Return

Step 1: Log in to your account at LittlesWhispers.com/returns
Step 2: Print the prepaid return label (UK only)
Step 3: Post within 14 days of approval

3. Refunds

⏳ Processing time: 5-7 working days after we receive your return
💷 Refund method: Original payment (except gift cards → store credit)
✂️ Deductions:

  • Original £3.95 shipping fee (if applicable)
  • £2.50 return fee for non-faulty items

4. Faulty Items?

Contact us within 48 hours with:

  1. Order number
  2. Photos of defect
  3. Packaging images

We’ll cover return costs and send replacements.

5. International Returns
